When you leave a review
If you review the free course on our website, we store your rating and review, plus your first name, practice or city and email only if you choose to give them. Scott reads every review and may reply by email. We only quote a review on the website if you tick the box giving permission, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. Reviews left on Google are covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
When you join the list
We collect your email address, your first name if you choose to share it, and a record of the Academy updates you agreed to receive, including the wording and date of your consent. We use these details to send your welcome note and free bonus pack, The Weekly Fix newsletter, Academy updates and early-access invitations. Scott receives a signup notification so he can manage the Academy list.
Academy signup is separate from the general Moonraker newsletter. Joining this list does not subscribe you to that newsletter. Please don’t send patient details or other sensitive clinical information through the Academy.
Hosting and email providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the signup record and provides Turnstile spam protection. Resend manages Academy email delivery and subscription preferences. These providers may process data internationally; Resend processes information in the United States. The email sending region does not mean your subscriber information stays in that region.

Security, video and browser storage
Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect this website. Turnstile uses technical signals to check for abuse. Our signup service uses a keyed digest for short-term rate limiting rather than saving your raw IP address in the signup record.
The sample video is hosted with the website. We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages and lessons are useful and know when someone joins the early-access list. Analytics receives standard technical details such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. We never send your name, email address or anything you type into a form to Google Analytics, and we have turned off Google signals and advertising features. There are no advertising pixels on this site. Lessons that play from YouTube use its privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set cookies once you press play, under Google’s privacy policy. You can read Google’s privacy policy or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Written lessons can save your own notes and progress in your browser; those notes are not sent to Moonraker. A necessary session cookie is used on the private review site to keep the preview protected.
Unsubscribing and your information
Use the unsubscribe link in an Academy email at any time. Unsubscribing stops Academy updates. We may retain a limited consent and suppression record to honour your choice and prevent accidental resubscription. We keep signup records while needed to operate the list, handle your requests and meet applicable obligations.
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern. We’ll review your request and explain any records that need to be retained. Moonraker’s wider privacy policy covers its separate services website.
Changes
If the Academy adds accounts, payments or other services, we’ll update this notice to explain how those features use your information.
