The free path · do it in this order
Most practices skip straight to rewriting pages, then can’t tell if anything worked. Do it in this order and every change you make is measurable.
Step 1 of 4 · Connect Google’s tools
Set up live on our own website, with real Google screens and a one-page checklist for each. Do these once.
Prove your website is yours, verify it with one DNS record and submit your sitemap.
Install the tag, test it from your phone and count every inquiry as one key event, with nothing private.
Your real name, an honest location and a verified profile, including the gray area for online practices.
Step 2 of 4 · Fix one service page
Pick the service you most want more inquiries for. Watch a lesson, fill in its worksheet, make the change. About three minutes each.
Make your service page’s first screen clear: the heading, the introduction and the button.
What goes below the first screen: how it works, who they’ll see and how to start.
How your homepage, menu and other pages lead visitors to your service page.
Write the title and description people see on the search results page, then check what Google actually shows.
Step 3 of 4 · Fix your homepage
Your homepage speaks for the whole practice. Same three tests, new examples, its own worksheet.
A heading that names your help and your place, who you help and who they’ll see, and one main button.
One section each for what you help with, who they’ll see, and how to start.
Every service and modality a tap or two away: service blocks, menu and footer.
Step 4 of 4 · Measure what changed
Link Search Console to Analytics, then read both and make one decision at a time. Shown with real numbers from our own website.
Connect the two in about two minutes, so you can see which searches lead to real visits.
Find the searches you’re close on and the page that should win them, then change one thing.
Where do your inquiries actually come from? Judge every channel by inquiries, not visits.
Why give it all away?
Most of what makes a therapy website work isn’t secret. It’s a short list of checks, done in the right order. So we teach every one of them, free.
What most busy clinicians actually need is someone to look at their page, answer the question they’re stuck on, and keep them moving. That’s what the paid membership will be. Join the list and you’ll hear about it first. Or don’t, and keep every lesson anyway.
Coming later · The paid membership
Know what to work on, learn how to do it, and bring your questions when you get stuck.

Fair questions
All 13 lessons and worksheets are free, with no login. They are the complete free course. The catch, if you want to call it one: we hope some of you will want help later, through the paid membership. You never have to.
No. Every lesson plays right here on this page. The list gets you the free bonus pack, The Weekly Fix every week, and first word when the paid membership opens.
Yes. Each lesson shows one change, on real screens, with a worksheet you fill in as you go. If you can edit a page on Squarespace, Wix or WordPress, you can do this.
The lessons include solo-practice and online examples throughout, including the gray area for online practices on Google Business Profile.
We won’t promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What the lessons do is make your website clearer and show you how to measure the result. Note the date you make a change, and compare over the next few months.
Scott Pope, Director of Growth and Operations at Moonraker, which builds and runs websites for therapy practices across the US and Canada.

A note from Scott
Hi, I’m Scott Pope. I lead Moonraker Academy and work as Moonraker’s Director of Growth and Operations.
Through my work with therapists and practice owners, I spend a lot of time helping people make sense of their websites, Google reports and AI visibility. The questions are practical: What am I looking at? What matters for my practice? What should I do next?
Those conversations are the reason I’m creating Moonraker Academy. I want to give more back to the therapists doing such important work, and make the knowledge we share through Moonraker available to more people.
The Academy brings together clear explanations, practical worksheets, a monthly implementation project and live group sessions. You’ll have a place to bring questions and get feedback while you do the work. Lessons are self-paced, and session recordings help you return to a topic when you need it.
Whether you manage your own website or work with an agency, my aim is to help you feel better informed and more confident about your next decision.
